What a QECP does

A Qualified Erosion Control Professional (QECP) is the professional PUB requires to endorse an Earth Control Measures plan before it is approved for construction sites in Singapore. The QECP prepares or reviews the ECM plan, verifies it meets the Code of Practice on Surface Water Drainage, and remains involved through site inspection, monitoring and close-out verification as conditions require.

Experience in preparing and supporting Earth Control Measures submissions registered with PUB, including QECP-endorsed ECM plans, inspection, monitoring and close-out verification.
